The cruise ship Serenade of the Seas docked at Tianjin International Cruise Home Port in North China’s Tianjin on Sunday morning, with over 1,800 tourists from 50 countries and regions aboard.

The Tianjin Dongjiang border inspection station adopts a number of measures in order to efficiently handle customs clearance procedures for foreign passengers, such as paperwork verification before arrival, maritime processing and additional temporary visa processing windows to ensure smooth customs clearance for foreign passengers.

In addition, domestic payment guidelines for inbound foreign tourists on site are available to improve the convenience of payment for foreigners during their travel in China.

Tianjin International Cruise Home Port has welcomed 22 cruise ships and seen 68,000 tourist visits so far this year, according to Dong Zichen, deputy general manager of Tianjin International Cruise Home Port Co Ltd.
